SIMPLE HEALTHY CREAMY BAKED FISH

Ingredients

  • Flat Fish 2no.
  • 2 tbl.spn unsalted butter
  • Garlic clove 4
  • Ginger
  • Greek Yogurt 3tbl.spn
  • 1/2 sliced lemon
  • 1 and 1/2 tbl.Spn mustard sauce
  • Pepper
  • Pinch of Mustard seeds
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garam masala( If you want to make it little spicy)
  • Optional Potato ( if you want to make it fatty)

Preparation Time 45 min (15 min bake+30 min marination)

First will start making the marination sauce, take a utensil and add unsalted butter, fine chopped garlic clove, smashed ginger, Greek yogurt, sliced lemon( try to keep it flat and little thick), mustard sauce and seeds, add salt as per taste and add garam masala( or red chili powder) if you want to make it spicy( 1 tbl.spn should be enough). Now heat and stir for 2 min on low flame and mix it very well. Marinate the fish with the sauce and keep it away closed for 25 min, let the fish absorbs the flavor.

Preheat oven for 5 min on 250`C. Place the marinated fish in the oven(if possible avoid touching lemon to the fish) add a little. Set the timer of oven at 15 min and about 220` C and start baking it. Once the timer goes off ,the dish is ready to serve. Eat healthy and stay healthy. If you want to add a potato , you need to cut it oil it , then prebake for 10 min at 180`C before adding to the baked fish.
